Job Description:
As a Picker and Packer in the United Kingdom, your primary responsibility will be to pick and pack products efficiently and accurately in preparation for shipment to end customers. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet customer deadlines and targets.
Main Duties:
- Picking and packing products to ensure they are ready for shipment.
- Arranging and organizing stock, prioritizing customer deadlines and meeting targets.
- Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Replenishing stock on a daily basis to maintain inventory levels.
- Ensuring the accurate and careful handling of products during the picking and packing process.
Shifts and Compensation:
- Working hours from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Pay rate of £10.50 per hour with overtime paid at £14.45 per hour for hours worked over 40.
- No prior experience is needed as full training will be provided.
- The workplace is fully accessible by public transport, and onsite car parking is available.
