UKRAINE WORK PERMIT
Ukraine Work Permit Currently, for the employment of foreigners in companies of Ukraine, the employer is obliged to pay them a salary of not less than 47230 UAH, But there is an exception for such a salary for a “special category” of foreigners.
To this “special category” are foreigners who are founders and/or beneficiaries of the Ukrainian company. At the same time, the size of the charter capital (share in the charter capital) does not matter – at least 100 UAH or 100 000 UAH. To such foreigners, salary may be set at a rate not less than one minimum salary, which established at the time of signing the employment contract. For founders who are employed in their company, it is recommended to set the salary of at least 6 000 – 9 000 UAH.
For this category of foreigners, work permits can be issued for a period of up to 3 years inclusive, with the possibility of extending unlimited times.
CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT IN OWN COMPANY
- The foreigner should be a participant/founder or beneficiary of the Ukrainian company
- An Obligation to submit a copy of the concluded employment contract official employment) within 3 months from the date of the issue of the work permit
